But look what you where doing on it silly, gapping as far as u could off an 8 foot odd container.

un53 lasted me a good while and you can get them at lbs and it saves you money so you can go buy some bannans (Y)

The best option would be to get some isis cranks and bb.If the ones youve got arnt already isis.Try-all bbs are strong.I would no for square bb`s though.

Ive seen a fair few Try-all bb's snap.

I say go Truvativ gigapipe dh if you are going isis, if you are running square not a clue. :)

as said above^^^^^ truvativ gigapipe dh's are the shizz in isis bb, mines lasting me well at the moment, still suprisingly smooth actually :shifty:

but yeah if it is a square taper then go for un53, they've done me well in the past, although if it is square taper than you should see this as an oportunity and upgrade to isis, i changed to isis a while ago and cranks feel soo much stiffer and you feel like you can get alot more power through than square taper, also bigger axle so less chance of future snappage (Y)

you've all made me want to upgrade to isis but its the money factor ....err

1.will have to get my freewheel of somehow

2.need to find well over £100

3.cant do that/ :S:ermm:

ill see what happens

looks like im not riding for a while then

Wtf? Can you not read buddy?

If you want to ride, just buy a new BB 'til you have enough to upgrade to isis :)
