deanie-b
I would say run a FFW set-up, I believe they tend to be more reliabe, Although I don't have a problem with freewheel on the rear
Bike addict
Hi Ben. Ive got an onza t-master mod and i love it but i suppose its whatever takes your fancie. If you are looking for top of the range, i'd probably say a gu typhoon, a zoo python or an onza t-lite. Like i said, its whatever takes your fancy
poopipe
thanks for all your help guys....alot of good points made through out....decided to go for the Echo Team and do a custom build and sell my beloved caisso..........but whilst writting up my wish list, i came across summit else that has now puzzled me and made me think....so i'm askin everyone.....which is the best way to go....run a Chris King single cassette....or White industries front freewheel thanksBenI'd buy a king if they were £200 but I just can't justify spending £420 on a hub - even if it is the dogs danglies & will last forever. If you like freehubs then consider a profile - £170 ish. 48 eps(72 at the pedals), a lot easier to get hold of than a king bmx too.I'm more than happy with my eno FW. I gave it a good rinse out with gt85 after a month and i've never looked back. You get the same effective engagements as a profile at half the price - plus all the groovyness that comes with a FFW (noisy endos ).
