fruitbat
Diesel(Y)Reason, it feels mint and its not too think or too thinBucky putit in his brake and it feels pretty sweetWater is good but it needs re bleeding too often IMOMaggie oil is also great, cant complain at itmy vote for Diesel
Jaffacakes
Water because you get a faster response, your lever feels like sex, it's free, It's easy and it doesn't really wreck your magura. The only bad thing is it voids your warranty. But who send's them back anyway, you just find another caliper or whatever in the shed . mr_chisholm
hey, i personally use water and die icer just because it still cold outside at night but more into sommer i am going to change to just water. Its so quick to respond i would use it anyday over magura oil and its costs less cheersjaf
lankyri
water because as it is thinner than oil it cant travel throught the hose quicker, giving a more better response but there has been a couple of nights where my brake has nearly frozen ive had my maggy bled for bout just under half a year now and its still good i will re bleed when i have time.but yea in the summer water all the way and andy chai can bleed brakes with his mouth so its nice to know if your around him you can get your brake bledcheers ric
luccosleeps
maggies feel shat anyway no matter how good they're setup, can't beat the feeling of a light, well setup v brake, almost sexual.
Punkrider
maggies feel shat anyway no matter how good they're setup, can't beat the feeling of a light, well setup v brake, almost sexual.Maggies are superior to vees, face it. If you bleed/set up a magura well, it will work much better than a vee. Even down to the way the power is transferred, less energy is wasted through fluid than through cables. You have felt my Magura, now thats sexual

Krisboats
Water.... Cheap, easy, feels nicer, doesn't smell horrid, more abundant (its easier to get water mid ride for a broken hose than magura oil) faster lever response.Oil doesn't freeze but if its that cold i wont be riding anyway! mini
I use water whit de-icer for the winter so that my brake doesn't freeze and in sommer i use just plain water. Just plain water feels so powerfull and not alot of spungefrom Stuart
