Mark W
They don't list Benito as one of their users on that site. I think it IS just a Try-All drilled/filed out to square holes? There was something about it on OTN before.
spunkey_monkey_boy
someone at the tyks on sunday had a front wheel like benito's. didn't think much of it at the time but should have asked where it came from...
Dr. Nick Riviera
he files them down himself
oakley
They are just try all rims that his dad files down with a hand file before every trial! He has new ones every trial!!abant ones, yes you can get them from rathmell, but you can only buy the whole wheel, and unless anyone can fork out 600 Euros for a pair of wheels that wont last five minutes then...And tom, the guy at tykes on sunday would have probably been bango if he still has them try all rims, and he did them himself anall!joE! Waynio
yes its a young lad that rides with me, he took an hour to file out HALF his front rim, he thinks its kool and is a good "Copy" of what benito does and makes his XTP a little bit different to everyone elses.Alex Thomas he is called check his bike @ next Tykes. he'll probably have done the lot by then Waynio......................it takes time and effort more than owt
weebryan
Must have alot of of spare time to do that but looks good and saves a bit of weight, dont know if it does anything to the strength though. Wish my dad would do that for me how cool!!
Waynio
hehealex does have alot of time on his hands lol!!!!hes only a young lad and very enthusiatic about trials. hence why he tries to make things different, it does look kool. might pay him to file my rims out for the fun Waynio...................... ogre
I'm thinking about just drilling smaller holes near the holes that i have already, so like* * but squarer than that.... O* *
br3n
Isnt square holes a stupid idea as there are 4 weak spots (corners) instead of none with a cicrle? :/
