RobinJI
Haha, nah, no poke thanks, I like the idea of actually having suspension that moves, plus I'm gunna be loosing the stretched tyres asap, shall be ordering some 195/45 t1r's come payday, and i don't think they'd agree with poke too much
Mowgli
hey ho, can you put up a pic of the whole car now u have spaced the rears out? i made a couple of photoshop changes to your car that i think would be worth doing.....what u recon?? RobinJI
Cheers for the photoshop, been meaning to do one for a while, when I first bought the car that was one of the 1st things on my to do list, but the front as it is has kinda grown on me now, but if I do go single light it wont be de-badged, I prefer them with the badge in the middle to break things up a little. Might buy a cheepo mk2 golf grill to cut up and give it a try for a while, see if I like it.I haven't got any pictures yet actually, I was gunna take some after I'd cleaned it, then it got dark might take some tomorrow, as I'm meeting up with a mate who's just got some new wheels on his car, so I'll get some of both cars. Mowgli
i think the single light (wider grille) makes the car look wider and slightly more aggressive. i cant wait to get back into the whole car thing when i have money,do i keep this...or change to something faster, 1.6 8v in a a heavy car is no fun.Prawn put me on the idea of an audi a4 1.8T quattro. RobinJI
Still wouldn't mind those seats if they're in ok nick, also what are the drivers door bootlid and bumpers like? Might have some random bits of interior trim too if you've got much of it left.
Alan
Viewed a MK3 Polo tonight. Odd rust patches, solids seals and arches though, just abit of bubbly paint.Needs one rear brake cyclinder replacing, so the shoes will need to be done aswell as theres a chance of them being covered in fluid. Also the filler neck had signs of leakyness, but wasnt too bad, ive seen alot worse alot of times.Got him to sell for £230 with the ATS Cups
