Ben Geary Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Yo,Right me and my mate (Snowy) have been to bradgate park in Leicestera few times and there is quite alot of rocks there but we can't find any rocks with any good lines.All the rocks there are huge! and are mega sharp, Just wondering really if any one has ever rode there and found any decent rocks/lines as we can't find anything really epsep from huge! ass rocks what are unridable for us.Cheers,Ben. Krisboats Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 Near the castle ruins, the ruins themselves, round the bask of the small wood and inside the wood are all pretty good, the wood is more logs and big tree roots though. Theres also near the main entrance side and a bit further away from bradgate park is groby woods which have a load of trails and last time i was there the school nearby was having a load of stuff built up that looked pretty good. I used to ride through on my XC bike, but I know a few people who have had their bikes confiscated for not riding on the tarmac. I'd suggest you go across the roads to swithland woods instead. The wardens may not be too bothered when it's quiet, but try and ride there in the summer, or around the deer, and they'll give you a bollocking, take your bike, or both.
