Brackets

onza t-rex

personally i'd go for a cheapy shimano one as they all last about the same time as each other and i'd rather buy a cheap one if i know its gunna go.

Shimano don't make isis bottom brackets, they make something similar however it is only compatable with shimano cranks. Many people use fsa or truvativ which would probably work out cheaper.

Tips to get validated quicker

Use the Spell Checker, it doesnt take long!

Dnt use txt tlk

Use descriptive topic titles, try not to use topic titles such as 'help!', 'Problem with....', 'where', and instead try and put as much information in as possible

Try and put as much information into your posts as possible, don't leave people guessing what you mean (this is not MSN!)

Do not spam/post irrelevant messages

Dont get involved in arguments, use the report button. If you are argumentative you seriously reduce your chances of getting validated

The TryAll BB is amazing. It should last for a fair while (Y)

I had a try-all bb and wasn’t too impressed by it. The bearings felt crap from day one and it only lasted a few months before they totally went. The echo bb which I’ am currently running is much smoother and I suppose stronger because of the larger bearings. However, if I were you I wouldn’t waste your money like I did and go for something cheaper like an FSA platinum DH.
