deanie-b
Hold the other bolt?, Or undo it the opposite way to what you do the other bolt at the same time

Maybe put some cloth over it and then use mole grips to prevent marking/damaging it. Dont clamp hard, just lightly to stop it spinning. Hiltop
mine does it. but only on one side. i have resorted to undoing the side that get stuck first then loosening the otherside. if not i guess you can just try hold the axel
011001000110010101110010
You need to tighten the opposite side (just finger tight) then hold it with an 8mm allen key then undo the stuck side with another 8mm allen key and loosen side which was not stuck. It might be worth giving the threads abit of a clean when you get the bolt out to try and remove and stuff in there that might cause it to happen again. nmt_oli
Putting a dab of copper grease on the threads when you replace them wont hurt either- should stop future siezure.
