my god craig what a fantastic idea (Y)!!

I know there are two ferries, there is one which is a hyper ferry which takes a little over an hour, of theres a slow ferry which takes...longer. I've had a day trip to done laoghire on the slow ferry. You can park cars at the long term car port in holyhead and then pick them up on the way back.

Thats all the info I can give im afriad

the ferries dont go into dublin they go in dunlaoragh (sp?), the prom there looks quite sweet, imagine rhos but through a magnifying glass, all the rocks are bigger and i rekon there'd be a fair bit to ride. alternatively you could get ooop to sheffield (in about the same time and less money) and ride some sickenly great street...

Lol you and your sheffield :P , well worth considering though it would have to involve a few of the locals as going to and from there will need company :P.

na man, even if the sheff locals dont turn up you'll ride more with me here than you can find in the whole of north wales, chester and liverpool added together. and its all crammed together more. i litterally can't walk a quarter mile without seeing more sick stuff to ride...

I think there's probobly a total of about a dozen riders in all of ireland and any I know are from the north. Dublin itself would probobly be shit to ride as it's so big and so busy, unless you knew your spots you could spend hours looking. I brought my bike with me to donegal once and it was great fun, so much natural it's unreal, at that time I didn't like natural, but i'd love to go back now.
