spunkey_monkey_boy Posted February 16, 2006 Report Share Posted February 16, 2006 (edited) all in the title really. i'm in sheffield atm without my bike and wanting it soooo bad so i thought f**k it lets come back next weekend. so anyone up for a nice phat sheffield street ride and then maybe the tykes comp the next day? make it a real good weekends riding.(if my back plays up again i'll do photo/video for both days so long as theres space in someones car)tomthinking of starting the ride at 11am at the arts tower. if everyone is cool with this and knows where it is then alls good... That's walking distance from me!Basically the ring road that goes from the Station area, past Waitrose and has a tram underpass along the way comes to a roundabout. Take the third exit off there (The central island should be branded University of Sheffield) and it's just a touch further along on the left.Failing that, head for the University of Sheffield or the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, and you'll be near enough to work off the map above! spunkey_monkey_boy Posted February 22, 2006 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2006 and just to clarify the arts building is on the right hand side of that campus map just beneath where it says bolsover street. its by far the tallest building in the area which is why i chose it as a meeting place, bit bloody difficult to miss...i'll be playing on the steps infront of it around 11 waiting for all you lot...
