If you have the $$$ go for it! (stock is far better :P) but all yhr principles are the same, ballance e.t.c. it may take weeks / few months to adapt too but just be like getting used to a high bb rise.

the main problem i can think of is differences such as sidehopping to the right being a NO NO e.t.c.

people say its harder to do stuff on stocks, but really it isnt. a kid round here had a go on marks bike and my bike and he was far more at home on mine trying to backhop. i think people just assume mods are easier to start on because they're small.
