Hurman
After seeing Marc Vinco at the Sheffield Indoor trials and realising I would never be able to ride like that I thought I would see how my son would cope with a few basic trials techniques! I sat him down infront of an old Ot Pi vid and now he can only speak in a mixture of Spanish and English and wants a pair of 'glubs' for his birthday!!!So how young do you have to be to start practicing to be the best? Or does age have anything to do with it? Is it purely talent and natural ability?
Alan
You should start 'em as young as possible in my opinion, Like when other parents are teaching there children to score goals you can be teaching him/her how to wheelie

I can't imagine standing on the side of a cold wet and windy football pitch shouting advice but I would follow him round a cold and wet trials competition!! How old is your little lad ? My little lad is 8 years old and he has been riding now for 2 years in comps. you can enter comps at 6 yaers old. Robbie has done well but we need some more youngsters to come through. Come to one of our Tyke Trial event and have a look. We are holding one at Addingham moorside on the 26th Feb. Bring him along and he can have a go at some of the sections, that is how my little lad started. Where are you from ? John and Robbie
