fredrico
Hi i was wondering is there any adapters to convert a 26" v brake mount to 24" or is going disk the only way? cheers
Concussion
Can't say I've come across any, but you could go crazy and re-wield them on Or nick some off an old bike and do the same I suppose? If I loved the frame and could be botherd, I'd make some Maggie mounts instead!Weird one

Matt_Tupman
My mate has done it to his Brisa running a disc on the front and then a booster with intergrated brake mounts bolted to the four bolt mounts.Seems to work for him I think JT was selling one of the bosters that he uses. mtbjosh
do you mean that you want to run a 24" in a 26" specific frame and want brake?ive never heard of them but you would probably be able to bodge/creatively cunjer up something. Todge
I made some to fit on my Control. They work ok, but because there is a greater distance between the frame mounting point and the v-brake bolting on, flex is increased. Would proabably be fine with a booster though.
