The priority to start in category Elite and Master have got first of all those riders, who finished at the 1st up to 8th place in Elite or Master at WBCH 2005. Those riders who did not finish up to 8th place at WBCH will get chance to start in case, that we will not get 8 entries till 24th February 2005 for each category Elite and Master from riders who did finish up to 8th place.Elite and Master FinalsQualify for the Finals: 4 riders qualify to the Finals if there will be 8 riders in the competition. If there will be 6 riders in the competition then only 3 riders qualify to the Finals.Penalization time: There will not be any penalization time. Rider has to get through all the section in the set time. If he does not complete all the sections, he will get 10 penalty points per each missed section. The order of the section is free.Protests: Rider can make protest and hand it to the director of the competition 10 minutes after the end of time for competition set for corresponding category except for Elite and Master category. Elite and Master riders must hand their protest up to 5 minutes after the finish of their competition. Deposit per making protest is 40 EUR and this amount counts only per one issue. In case the protest will not be accepted organizer keeps this depositEntries: by 24th February 2006 From each country registered in E.B.U. 2 riders can start in each kategory (except for Elite and Master category).In case that there will not be entered enough riders by 24th February, the organizer will fill up the number of riders with riders from those countries which would like to enter more riders to the competition.Elite and Master category: in this category can start only those riders who are on the list of Elite and Master riders for 2006 from Mr. President Hirano.Starting fee: 10 EUR per rider, this fee will be paid at the licence controlInsurance: Organizer insures the event only for the case of damage towards the third persons during the competition. Every riders must have own accident insurance and insurance in case of an injury or damage caused to the third person.
