Mark W
KHE Collapse is only 200g's off the strength of it, and over 100g lighter. I know what I'd buy. <-bought Silly billy Willy double-posting
Technical Tom
Yeah KHE all the way The chain does look inderstructable but looks VERY heavy.Tom.
nafan
I feel the only problemo with chains is the pins coming loose, all you need is a chain with very tight linkages...Nathan
PaRtZ
I feel the only problemo with chains is the pins coming loose, all you need is a chain with very tight linkages...I think thats why some chains have "mushroom" pins to prevent the pins from coming out
Josh Greenan!!!!!!!!!!
That chain lookes like it's from my dads motorbike. I want it!

Street Lee
Dont like the look of that chain, looks cheap. I prefer the pins to be "Bullseyed" where they hit them with a punch in the centre of each pin.
Simpson
Half link chain for £9.99? That's what i'm using WTF! does that mean you have 2ce the ammount of links in the same chain? never seen it before and im confussed lol (dont know if it would run through my tight ass mech lol)
Street Lee
It's a chain made of half-links. Doubt it would run through a mech (due to being 1/8th) but I'll wait for someone to tell me I'm talking shit
Sam Nichols
You're talking shit You just have to modify the mech a bit... longer bolts and extra spacing then it glides through
Simpson
You just have to modify the mech a bit... longer bolts and extra spacing then it glides through Yea done that already to run a KMC kool chain through it, kinda wirrrs up when i pedal lol oh well done all that can be done spacers and bending of the mech cages

Mark W
Shadow chain isn't the same width though, it's just a burly BMX chain? The thick scooter/motorbike chains that people use often need a different sprocket/freewheel too?Anyhoo, the Shadow chains are dick anyway, so why even consider them, unless you like ultra stretchy chains, or chains that shit the bed heinously as soon as possible?Tempting. But you do get a tin out of it

Mark W
The Shadow chain V1 appeared to just splay, shit out the pins, or just snap/stretch to hell fairly readily. "Apparently" the V2 has solved those problems, but they still stretch to f**k and that's on a BMX, so I don't really think I'd want to be running one on a trials bike, with that much more tension. Never really heard any good long-term reviews on them...
hulltrialser
Half link chain for £9.99?
