skye_trials
Hi, when i grind my rim i put it in the vice so that you can spin it, i have also been told to grind clock-wise on one side and anti-clock-wise the other side, i put the angle grinder 45 degrees to the rim.Hope this helps Allen

Wright Pads
Well i'll be more than happy to watch him have hot sparks or alu dust fly in his eye's, his japs eye be even more fun.I also done a set of gloves and my old rigger boots on when i grind...whyAlu dust is really really bad for you. It kinda burns the skin on it's own but when coming off the angle grinder is hot, also it's not easy to get out from your eyes. Such story we got told once on a building site some dude got bits behind his eye cos he rubed it and they knock him out, spooned out his eye and then washed they eye ball and socket with sailine and then poped it back in. duno if true or not but i know they do it with glas if you get it there. This was all done in hosipital not on a building site the spponing of his eye ball.
flipkickbs
The way i've always ground rims (thanks to steve A and matt is to get the grinder going, and just smack your rim with it, gets a nice deep grind, and takes hardly any time, you also feel like a right badass beating the S**T out of some metal with an angle grinder Try it!Ian
