PaRtZ
If jaffa oranges have no seeds, how do they reproduce?
Simpson
They have been produced due to selective breeding which has chosen oranges with few seeds and best taste guess the seeds are produced in a lab or something?

petit_pablo
They have no seeds due to not really needing them.Oranges grow on trees. Tree's are grown in specialist nurseries. These nurseries take cuttings off of older trees, and graft (attach) these to a root system. This produces a specific type of orange tree, ie, seedless fruit producing! pinky
Like previous posts have said cuttings/clones, but thinking about it these would still produce seeds?more than likely GM produced taking out the part which produces the seeds Edited January 28, 2006 by pinky@shitbmx
Street Lee
They will take cuttings of plants, dip the end in hormone compound and planting it, this will allow roots to grow fom the cutting.

ogre
Maybe, just maybe they use an ester, and no oranges are harmed in the production...
