Simpson
the t pro is a good basis for any learner you can easily modify parts that are poor at a later date if needed
mike
neither, both will break. just get a t-pro like every other beginner.I don't see why the T-mag has such a bad reputation! of breaking, ive only ever heard of 2 braking, and to be honnest, Onza are one of the leading bike trials manafacturer's and they're not going to produce a bike frame which breaks within a matter of months. and to answer the initial question. How much are you willing to spend? have you ridden any other bikes? i've got a mission if your interested Mike!!!
stevecoust
Wit would be the best bike me a koxx xtp mod or onza t-mag.I am 11 12 in 1 month woh hold on a second mate they are completely different bikes from each other and at completely different prices.if you are just starting out think about a t-pro or summit like that the xtp is for a bit good (no offence) to start on.hope this helps and hope you find the right bike for you.steve
monkey gav
why not buy an xtp if you have the money you might aswell. You are only 11 so you can't weigh that much(although obeisity rates are on the increase) if you are just starting out you won't be putting the same pressure on it as benito
p_rew@theciderbar.na
How about a monty x-lite - it would be shorter than the XTP so maybe more manoeuvrable for a lad like you - I had one when I was 12 and it was bootiful. As said earlier, don't worry about an XTP breaking at your age unless your'e a psycho...or really crap... Rob Thomson
A Koxx XTP for a beginner....A 12 year old beginner?? Really not worth it to be honest....Start with a T-Pro or something that doesn't cost like a grand?Christ this falkirk crew keeps getting bigger and bigger! It's massive compared to when i started riding! Edited January 23, 2006 by Mr_Tweek
Dougster
Go for the xtp as you will regret it when you break the t pro and you dont have enough money to afford new bike stuff (ie me). What is wrong with having a beast bike? Falkirk crew as big as Stoney crew? Falkirk good to ride?
Ash-Kennard
nah get one on these beastsbeast
basher
I don't see why the T-mag has such a bad reputation! of breaking, ive only ever heard of 2 braking, and to be honnest, Mike!!!on my mates the bash plate and mounts crushed into the frame. if your a beginner most people will say t-pro good bike to learn other than that just get the bike you like as you will get so many people saying different bikes because they like them and you might not in the end. wayn3
I agree with most of the people, with them saying you should get a T-Pro. The T-Pro seems to be a good bike for all capabilities, so that would be your best bet. Don't buy the Xtp, it will just be a waste of money for your first bike, and the T-Mag hasn't had very good reviews.Get a T-Pro.
