Suprised they were allowed to produce it on TV though at any time of day.I think the one last night (poisons) has been the best so far. Its on about 11pm-ish tonight, watch it! Jaffacakes Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 I first saw it a few nights ago just when I was going to bed and put on the TV and saw a man in a hat cutting up a box in the shape of a body, so naturally i thought it was a lame magic show and turned over the channel . I saw it again last night and it was quite interesting... but then they started dissecting a old womans body and were ripping apart her ribs with their hands saying that she had diabetes and were cutting up all her organs etc . anzo Posted January 19, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 Did you see the one on cancer, they put an old woman in a box and filled it with polythene foam and then cut her up on a giant bandknife.Seemed a bit odd though. I work were we make our own foam in the same process they did. And I really don't think the process would work like it did...1. No foam sets hard as quick as that did (normally about 3 days),2. The body just happened to be perfectly in the middle of the block, even though she was lying flat on the base of the box and the chemicals were poured in, and the chemicals react and forms the foam...its not like you can float in it, and even if you could, you'd never get it perfectly into the centre.and finally 3. On the huge bandknife, did you see how clean the cut was? No dust from the foam, perfectly sliced ograns with no dragging from the blade (even though he stopped halfway though the cut).Not saying its fact as such, but it just seemed too perfect. It's quite shocking though to be honest.Untill last night I'd never actually seen a 'real' dead person, and they just take off a cover and theres a complete green dead woman on the table. I would have thought that they would have already taken out the said organs prior to the show, rather than slice the donor up right infront of you.However, I supose it is Ch4, so they can get away with pretty much everything.Saying that, I'll be watching it again tonight in curiosity.
