Hey there,

I ordered some parts over a week ago and they still have not arrived, i have tried to track it down with the code danko has given me and it said it has not been delivered and further imformation is not available over the internet, i have also gone down to my local post office and given them the code and still nothing :( i am getting kind of annoyed and was just wondering if any of you have had problems with the post and what you did to find your parcels

I had a huge problem when i ordered my T-mag from trialsshop.

After 2 weeks it hadn't come so i phoned trialsshop and they said phone DHL, so i did just that. Got put through to the manager and he said that they had no track of the bike on their records so came to the conclusion that an employee working for DHL had stolen it before it had been put on to the records :rolleyes:

So anyways Onza themselves got involved and paid for a mag on a next day carrier from supercycles.

anyways, where did you order the parts from and have you checked with them?

The post is gay at the minute, i mean i brought a rear magura of some one on here and i haven't received it in 2 weeks, i spoke to guy on msn and that and he said he would go down to his deppo and see whats going on.

So he went to the deppo and it was just sitting there doing nothing, there was supposed to be something wrong with the cost of the postage or something.

Just go down you post deppo and see whats going on down there, might be just sitting there or something.

Heard problems about a set of Tensiles being lost in the post on the way to a mate here in North wales :S

EDIT: Even though I sent a letter with a sarcastic, over-exaggerated address (which included Europe, Earth, Milkyway) and it still arrived. I think the wrong person opened it though.... :D

I ordered my tires yesterday from tarty and they came here today. If you get special delivery things seem to come allot faster than 1st class which takes about a week at the moment. I think it is because the post office are trying to save costs and are laying off a lot of workers :S .

firstly check your local branch they may keep your pacel for a while think my wheel had been sitting there for a few days before they sent me a letter telling me to pick up my goods but would b a bit of a long shot i guess

Sounds bad :( although i don't think the employees would want a tyre and a bash plate. I ordered them from danko and he has said he will give ring them up and see whats going on for me as i'm abit stumped at the moment.

hmmm thats lame.

Yeah i can't see anyone being interested in a tyre and bash plate, although i can't imagine anyone wanting a bike with no seat, 1 gear, small wheels etc.

Has Danko been down to the branch/deppo where he posted it instead of just phoning up? If he's goes down angry demanding results then it may speed things up. :D

That appauling customer service! Until that bike reaches your doorstep it is trialsshops responsibility, the frame SHOULD have been insured (I think its anything over the value of 100 pounds) and you shouldn't have had to ring DHL and sort all the messy bits out.

Anyway, I might have mis-understood it and you still got a new frame, but thats bad customer service from the start!

Yeh, the first thing I thought when I read that was that it's not your responsibility. It's the shops responsibility as they have taken your money. The delivery contract is between the shop and DHL, not you and DHL, so even if you did call to enquire, DHL shouldn't be able to inform you of anything, without having spoken to the shop first of all due to data protection and such.
