Michael Hardman Posted January 16, 2006 Report Share Posted January 16, 2006 Went to the gym and finished my routine early so went to the lat press and after 1 set of 10 reps I went up to 75kg and I felt my left shoulder area go.Ive pin pointed it to the lower nexk area where the shoulder joins the neck and it seems to have come out in a lump. Michael Hardman Posted January 17, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 Good news, theres no lump anymore, it may have been I had myshoulder hunched up when comparing it to my other shoulder.
