Alan
http://www.biketrialco.com/?p=products&cat=50&pro=91 <--Thats a link to a bike that has the forks on it that i'm thinking about purchasing...They are £31 and also as monty steerers and stems are slanted it will need to be cut.... What would you suggest to cut the fork and get it nice n straight? Do you think there worth £31? Thanks alan.
Hobnobs
Good old vice and hacksaw will get the steerer straight. As for whether they are worth the cash, i would say yes (not being biased or anything). The newer monty stuff seems to be pretty good quality, and the 221pr range as a whole is very good value imo. They probably feel very similar to the 221Ti forks, but just not made of the same material.
