John planet x
If you want pimpness echo, im a big fan of drilled ronnies though, great great rimms. Dont get try alls there turd, not sure on viz
Ash-Kennard
ok i know the wider the rim the weaker it is but i still want a fat rim nownot nessaserially. remember I=BD(cubed) /12so its the length of the sidewalls that makes the strength, the width of the rim doesn't really matter all that much. King C
Isn't there something about echo rims being weak, Im not sure but I think I read it somewhere. It might be the old style ones.

wilky_mod_legend2
HI,I had same problem with my ronnie it died along with hub and freewheel.I am gettin hog, its wider which is nice. The only bad side is that it doesnt hold grinds as long as ronnie. And out of Viz or Echo.Well:I trust echo alot never had problems with any of my echo stuff yet. So its prob a nice and strong rim.But Viz had eyelets which will build a stronger wheels and comes in lots of colours, which will make your bike pimp! So i would say go for Viz.hope this wonderful adivise helpedcheers wilky

lankyri
a mr ferret i wouldnt go for the rear echo id go for the front as its the same width as the ronnie but its black and boring when echo and viz have colours and did you say the first echo rim the black and silver one i remember when ian had it haha it died on like a 5ft dropand try alls have a really small sidwall compared with the ronnie may as well go for a ronnie again or viz as its got eyelets

I don't know about the V!Z rims, but the Try-all's are apparently absolutely shite, and they seem to buckle/ dent really easily...Hope I Helped,Sam

Simpson
Rick just get a ronnie your not the smoothest rider ive ever met and you like to keep a sharp grind on your rim i think you should just get a new one, a straight switch, your old one will do not as bad as my ronnie just yet yours still has the pins holding the rim together
