Siders77
Maybe so but what's the point in developing Sli in the first place? Or am I being silly?
Tomm
Maybe so but what's the point in developing Sli in the first place? Or am I being silly? Potentially it's a lot faster than just one card. However at the moment it isn't really cost-effective unless you need the best graphics performance out there. For value, you're best off buying one single card.
tank_rider
You will, apparently, be able to run Windows on the new Macs. Throw away your PC Why so i can get pants performance on old hardware, i'd rather not thanks
Tomm
Why so i can get pants performance on old hardware, i'd rather not thanks Aside from the fact that this new MacBook Pro has an awesome spec that makes it more powerful than most other laptops, I only ever really use my PC for the odd job that needs a PC. For example Elastomania and that Bridge-building game, pretty much the only thing I use my PC for, but I still need it really. If I could run Windows on my Powerbook, even if it was only very slowly, I wouldn't really have any need for my PC. I still appreciate some people will want PCs for games and CAD etc, but for everyone else, Mac ***
