Look foward to seeing what people make Heres a quick one Cheese & Baked bean toasty.-Requires toasty maker of some such(or use whatever) Get two pieces of bread and butter both sides on both pieces. Now generously put grated cheese onto the bread(only one side) Then put the baked beans on top of one piece of bread until you get the aquired amount. Now put the other piece ontop and slide into the toasty maker. Then cook until the outside is a golden brown. Barbara Logan-Price Posted January 8, 2006 Report Share Posted January 8, 2006 chicken tikka masala INGREDIENTS:1 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 4 teaspoons salt, or to taste 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces 4 long skewers 1 tablespoon butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons paprika 3 teaspoons salt, or to taste 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro --------------------------------------------------------------------------------DIRECTIONS:In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, 2 teaspoons cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, and 4 teaspoons salt. Stir in chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat a grill for high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken onto skewers, and discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and jalapeno for 1 minute. Season with 2 teaspoons cumin, paprika, and 3 teaspoons salt. Stir in tomato sauce and cream. Simmer on low heat until sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. Cut meat in pieces. 2. Fry lightly in fat (butter) in a large pot. 3. Add curry and simmer in water with seasoning until meat is nearly tender about 1 1/2 hours. 4. Dice carrots and add to pot. 5. Mix together sugar and butter, then when mixed add eggs and mix it all up.2. add flour/salt bit by bit stirring it all in as you go (needs some forearm power!!)3. When mixed add chocolate.4. butter up a few baking trays and dollop the mixture in thinnish circles however big/small etc you want.5. put into oven on 160 degrees for bout 12-15 mins 6. leave top cool on one of those wire racksyum yum yum cookies!!!!!
