Swize
Well people on mods run for 158mm(i think), 160mm, 165mm and 170mm cranks. Is their advantages and disadvantages to running long and short cranks? Personly I run 160mm because when I was buying cranks 170mm sounded huge! But have recently rode a bike with longer cranks and am thinking of going back to some nice long ones what do you think? So basicly what are the reasons to run long and short cranks?Sam

Exstionhead
well i did ride 170 on my bike seem fine plent of leverage like. The longer the lenth of the crack more leverage
JT!
I have a feeling '175mm' will apear on that poll when a certain mod comes with 175's on his mod. Anyway. Longer cranks give you more leverage, but you have to move your feet more. Visa vera for shorter cranks.I have 170's and i think they're about right. You just have to buy them and ride them to know what suits you best.

Burton
I run 170's just because i didnt trust mini cranks, looked too weak for me. Plus more leverage
