I have a KMC Kool (don't no which one) but the split link catches on the bash guard, I just made the split link face the frame. ScotchDave Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 What to do is: get a KMC bmx size chain, space out your mech using some washers, use your mech as a tensioner, and if the chain rubs on the bashring, space the chainring out and use longer bolts.
