TheMunn
Get in touch with tra, ask what he used when his wrist was broken but he still rode ? I used a wethepeople one before when dirtjumping, was okay but not having to wear one is a better option.
manuel
I rode with a bog standard nhs splint support thingy (Its got a metal insert) after my cast came off and that was really good.....But - The Doctor recommends wearing no support as it will heal faster... dont know if this is the same for a strain but i guess so. Waynio
heres some advice carl "DONT USE THEM" all they do is make your muscles and tendons get used to them supporting them and dont let them heal correctly, hence why when i come back from barcelona at the end of jan early feb i have to go into a cast for 6-8weeks which i aint happy about but from the advice received it could be the best way. the other way i looked at it was to do it the next time my ankle was knackered. but your ankle is like your wrist.have a word with "Physio" on here, he can advise you and help you out with it Waynio........................
