well now that i had that conversation with abby about giving head, just do that and then ride her like ever night, and have more parties, cause i like them alot itwas fun....

wow prawn did 13 buds, we only did like 7-8 and ran out (that is each)

er, something to do with the topic, you should go running :P wank with both right and left arms, that will sort out you stronger arm, and do like 20 sit ups a night,

gaz...

unless the pasta/macaroni/spaghetti is whole wheat it is still simple carbs. Bagels are as well. Corn as well- just sugar....

but anything is better than just eating candy and getting your carbs from sugars. If the pasta/bread is white - its simple carbs, if its dark (wheat) its complex. Shouldn't matter for most people but I'm just nitpicking =)

I think you knew what I was talking about - especially as I did say brown rice. I did used to body build for 3 years :-

Simple carbs can be useful anyway (CAN).
