Corn as well- just sugar....but anything is better than just eating candy and getting your carbs from sugars. If the pasta/bread is white - its simple carbs, if its dark (wheat) its complex. Shouldn't matter for most people but I'm just nitpicking =)I think you knew what I was talking about - especially as I did say brown rice.
