Crank/bb Problems

Evening all,

I built up my new frame the other day as normal, everythin was sweet apart from the cranks/bb. I'm not sure what is wrong with them but there must be something wrong due to a big tight spot in my chain, I don't quite know why its there. When I spin the cranks back fast you can see my bash ring moving from side to side as if something is bent! Everythin there is tight, my freewheel, the bb and cranks are all fine but this is driving me mad because I can't get good chain tension.

Please help me

Thanks.

My set up is:

Shimano bb, not sure which one it is but it hasn't been used for long.

Echo square taper cranks with bash, black ones, not cnc.

Acs claw freewheel.

Edit: I'm pretty sure its nothing major to do with the freewheel, it seems like the crank hole maybe off or the bb axle is bent ?

My old acs claw used to have the exact same problem (except the tight spot) i never managed to find out what it was as eventually it fell apart when i was riding along,i THINK it was the fact that my freewheel needed tightening (Y) but i am intrigued too.
