Dan6061
If you don't like it, don't buy it. Everyone copies everyone, it's part of life really For Example: There has been sooo many copies of the Zoo Python, but because each copy has been adapted slightly, they can't get in trouble. I think There's a lot of designs that are similar in clothing
Alexx
Just take comfort in the fact that none of these 'clothing brands' will be around by this time next year anyway

Copying designs and giving no designers credit or anything is slightly different to ordering a frame out of a catalogue, really. The frames are already up for sale, whereas the T-shirts are just a rip-off of another design.
Dan Clark
This is one of our darker designs, it was inspired by other images and then illustrated by Nick. This design has been very popular and they are literally going all the time. This gives credit to Nick not Craig Brickles?
Bendee
Go and set up your own clothing company and see how hard it is to think of designs without copying anything....what the f**k, if you cant design individual clothing and have to rip off other peoples work then why set up a clothing brand?if you couldnt swim you wouldnt try and swim the channel would you. Dan Clark
There's also a difference between coming up with an idea that happens to be similar to something you haven't seen before, and taking someone elses design and changing it very slightly so it doesn't infringe copyright. Mark W
Quick question - is that white speck on there in real life, or is it just some random glitch on the picture?
Dai the Socket
Quick question - is that white speck on there in real life, or is it just some random glitch on the picture?I accidently hit a spot of it in Photoshop when editing the background out. Time to change it but had loads of other stuff to do, haven't yet got around to it.

Bren. I don't give a flying f**k what you think? I'm not particularly bothered if you've submitted it to Threadless as what we've done is legally legit.I think you're sticking your nose in where it's very much not wanted.I know a lot, and that's a LOT of people on the forum, including people in higher positions in the forum think you're an absolute f**king retard. And I can quite obviously see why.I'm not going to go on anymore. I think It's pretty sure you'll do anything to ruin something that's good.I think that's about enough of this topic. You're f**king Pathetic. Nick Carteredit:Oh any please note: "All designs Copyright by owner" on the Threadless website.
