PaRtZ
OK i can't help with the seal, but I'd check the chain before saying the freewheel is skipping. Alex davies (beastytrials) said his was skipping, but he was just running a really poor chain...... *awaits his critismIf the chain is fine, then it probably is the eno

JT!
... *awaits his critismThe chain dosn't have anything to do with the freewheel skipping. As for the blue seal, mine always used to stick out in one place, they are only there to keep the muck and grime out, won't effect the freewheels performance in the slightest. trialsni
Thats brilliant thanks, panic over, lol ill let mini man no, as hes the only one who actualy has a rideab;e bike, loleddiequite right but be careful you don't let too much grime, dirt dust etc into now that their is no seal as it will affect the freewheel mat cause skipping and the freewheel to clog up a bit
Mark W
If you get an allen key tool with either a 2.5mm or 3mm (can't remember exact size) allen key on it, you can run the allen key's head around in the gap between body and shell and it seats the seal really well. Just make sure you aren't spinning the seal itself though. Worked for me, anyway. The seal itself, unless it's somehow mashed into the spring/pawl setup at one point, won't affect the performance of the freewheel (until you ride through a bog or something). JT!
for alex it did, every time he thought the frewheel skipped his chain was tearing itself a new arsehole. But then it had nothing to do with the freewheel. All i said was a chain can't effect the freewheels performance.
