Ali C
braided hose is definatley worth it BUT I have found the only decent stuff to be maguras own. That also works on magura disks too.

2sixstreet
If you go braided and have a painted frame and want to keep the paint on it, put some protection at the contact points.

011001000110010101110010
Make sure you have a good booster so that the advantage from loosing the flex in the hose is not lost.
Mr Monty
I can see how they could be good not slashing them on rocks etc, but last night my mate ripped his braided hose out of his hope disk.
Mitch A
Instead of the Hope braided hose you could always get the unex braided hose.£16 for the rear brake or front and rear brake for £25 Couldn't that be a better option? And the Unex braided hoses are from supercycles CheersMitch
Tom Booth
Steer clear of unex Its not good stuff. Tom
el curevo
The best braded hose to get are the goodridge ones. Just put one on the back of my mono mini on my 4x bike and its made a great difference. They feel alot more solid no more spongyness. They do make the brake feel alot better. Check out chain reaction cycles they cost between £25 and £30 depending on what brake you have. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/SearchR...ssion=BRAND_ASC (scroll down you will find them )

Ashley Smith
I had nothing but problems with mine. Dont do it!what did you have problems with? the hope hose?i have never found a problem with this braided hose from hope and i have been using it for two years.... it increases the feel at the lever and reduces flex in the cable, it also looks more pimpthis hope hose is the same as goodridge hosing apart from it is braneded differentlyalso stay clear of the unex stuff it is crapash
<PACE>
They are much harder to burst because they are metal.
