petit_pablo
Well a spell checker for starters! And tuck your trouser leg into your sock if the chain grabs it.
Josh Greenan!!!!!!!!!!
Tuck your trouser in your sock, you may look like a chav but i saves money. I had some levis jeans on that cost me £50 and it shredded them.

trialsinchris
my bike has front freewheel so once they go in they dont come back out, you can buy them trouser things that hold them in place but they look stupid, also when you are freewheeling not pedaling put your leg on chainside on top thats what i do
Simpson
hahhaa lol when u feel it grip just pedal back quickly ull learn fast enough!!! lolif not and you dont want to look like a chav get some cycle clips there like 30p each
tom tom
when i wore baggyish i wore a old lace around my trouser leg and then sort of flicked the trouser leg over it and made them less baggy, helped a bunch!tom tom

wayn3
You can get cycles clips which go round your trousers and stop them getting caught in the cog
boris_on_trials
Leave your jeans at home. You need them to look good in so don't ruin them.Go to the shop and buy some cheap trackies you might look chavtastic but they aren't baggy so they will stay attatched to your ankles and not to your free wheel Merry Christmas Edited December 24, 2005 by boris_on_trials
Mark W
hahhaa lol when u feel it grip just pedal back quickly ull learn fast enough!!! lol But pedalling back with FFW would still mean you got savagely raped by your freewheel.I usually just use the stupidly long excess bit of shoelace from my Orchids to tie one loop around the bottom of my trouser leg. Problem: solved.Plus I don't wear uber baggy trousers, so I'm sorted either way, I s'pose.

Dan6061
Happens to all of us. My freewheel ate 2 nice holes out of some jeans of mine (luckily cheap ones) Cable ties do the job

2sixstreet
Have also seen electrical tape used. Prob a bit easier to remove than cable ties . Get some fat shin pads to balloon the botom of our jeans out and stop em flappin around.

John planet x
Never happens to me, just dont ride with uber baggy stuff, also depends on your bash ring and chain ring size on how easy it is to catch em
