ogre
I was wondering if anybody else has had problems with ordering onza parts lately, because i ordered a carbon fibre brake booster well over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived (don't say it's the post this time of year because i ordered something from america a fortnite into december and they sent it second class and i got it in a week)
Ashley Smith
What is the point of coming on here moaning about it.......... why not use your common sence and try phoning whoever you ordered it off, it may have been forgotten aboutash

bee_
I'm guessing Onza are very busy at the moment, took them nearly a month to build me a T-Pro and I ordered it late November.

But i agree it's very annoying when you have waited month and nothing has turnd up.

petit_pablo
Why ask us?Call onza or the distributer. Although your going to have to wait untill at least wednesday i think now, what with the bank holidays. And call them, not email!!
JT!
We don't know we didn't process the order.Give them a bell, quite silly to wait more than a week without phoning them really.
Dan6061
Shops do get busy around christmas time you know. They're bound to forget/not be able to deal with some customers, out of a million they get. Like at work today, we had to build 150 bikes in a week, and we forgot to build one. Customer came in for it, and we had to build it then. Once he understood that we had so many bikes to build, he understood. Just like you should do

Common sense should be taught at school, as clearly, people are lacking it.You should of rang them, we can't do a god damn thing about it, you shouldn't complain during the holiday period, ie, when the shop can't even do anything about it. Of course its been forgotten about or lost in the post NOTHING takes over a month to get to you especially within the UK.The smart thing would have been to get in contact perhaps a week after ordering because you should have got it by then.I hate to be a willy but come on man, what good is moaning about it here gonna do?
