Kerrie-Anne
Just thought I would pass this on. Take Note! Subject: VERY IMPORTANT WARNING This is not a joke! Please be extremely careful especially if using internet mail such asYahoo, Hotmail, AOL and so on. This information arrived this morningdirect from both Microsoft and Norton. Please send it to everybody you know who has access to the Internet. You may receive an apparently harmless email with a Power Pointpresentation "Life is beautiful." If you receive it DO NOT OPEN THE FILE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, anddelete it immediately. If you open this file, a message will appear onyour screen saying:"It is too late now, your life is no longer beautiful." Subsequently you will LOSE EVERYTHING IN YOUR PC and the person who sentit to you will gain access to your name, e-mail and password. This is a new virus which started to circulate on Saturday afternoon.AOLhas already confirmed the severity, and the antivirus software's are notcapable of destroying it. The virus has been created by a hacker who calls himself "life owner." PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THIS EMAIL TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS and ask them toPASS IT ON IMMEDIATELY.Best regards Kerrie, x

Simon
As with any virus, if you open an attachment from a source you don't know the authenticity of, you deserve to lose everything on your computer. It's just common sense to not open any attachment.
Tomm
It is a bit shit that we constantly have to watch what we're doing. Obviously opening happychristmaspic.jpg.exe is not a good idea, but the non-tech savvy people won't know that. That's what Anti-virus software should be for, but it's not reliable enough really. It's called 'this_is_a_virus' It's an attachment that downloads as soon as the email is recieved, with the subject name of: Drunken pictures If you don't tell everyone you know within 3.4seconds, you will have bad luck for the rest of your life, and die a slow and painful death and get tortured in you after life. Tomm
Well, yes I am a smug b*****d, but that's not why I wrote that. I put that Apple logo and then some nob mod editted it and changed it for a Windows logo. My money's on Danny . But the Windows logo got a virus or something and had to be reinstalled. So the Apple one came back.
Dan Clark
Does anyone seriously open these things anyway? Its like when people try to send you <100kb .exe files on msn called "really funny picture". People are stupid if they fall for things like that.
