Callum Trialsin
My hands are always killing after riding, gloves help a bit but not alot wat do u recomend to stop sore hands?
fredrico
if there at the bottom of your fingers/ top of your hands then calluses(sp) are forming which is best to let them turn hard and keep riding then eventually they will be fine. MikeCottTrials
Dudes get yourself some god damn gloves, i used to have the sore hand problem but the gloves work so well
TomN
Try some foam grips. Oh if your braking fingers hurt try some tape and tape over the injured area it helps me.

Mat Smith!
There is no way you can stop them what I know of, apart from stop riding, but thats just silly, they only last for a few months then they go into hard skin and you can even feel them Just bare with itMat
mackey
i used to find my hands hurt alot even with wearing gloves just carry on riding the more you ride the better they get and then you will find where it has been rubbing will get alot more stiffer and it wont hurt as much so just keep riding
pink_bmx_girl
I always used to get this, and trust me it look really wierd as I'm a girl!! Haha, but bere with them, and use moisturiser, I know it's a bit girlie, but it'll stop it hurting. Also soak them in warm water, it'll soften the skin. I think that turned into a girlie post - sorry to all the lads, but i hope it helps! The girls will apprecate (sp?! ) it!!

new_to_trials
hey,All you need to do is keep riding i had this all it is were your griping the bar and moving your hand and it just make it feel real sore then you can't ride but if you stop til the pain has gone it just comes back what you wanna do is keeping riding on it even if its ligth riding this well make the skin hard and this well not happen again,if you stop for like a 3 weeks or so the har skin we go and it will become sore again. So keep riding at it will be fine after a week or so.Hope this help you and everyone with the same problem.thanks sam lewis
