You want one with a rev counter on it, otherwise there's no way you can compete You don't need instructions...Buy one if you want. They are quite cool but ultimately very pointless... Are these the sort of thing that hurts your arm so much that you decide that its not actually worth using or is it the sort of thing that is fun exersize? I mean like i dont enjoy sitting in a gym full of sweaty betty's lifting weights until you cant move your arms. So basically is it a fun excersize? (sp?)
