nb88
Fell off the old bicycle today and managed to hit my hope lever so the long reach bolt thing has ripped out from the washer. I popped it back in but its screwed up so theres loads of play in the lever...just wondering if its likely hope would fix it if i sent it and other peoples experience? As its my fault im not sure if theyd bother?cheers.
Siders77
Hope are AWESOME, E-Mail them and say what happened, I'm pretty sure they'll help.
br3n
best bet is just send it back with a letter asking them very nicely to fix it, Its probably more hassel for them to send it back unfixed than it is to fix it! they are very nice folk, shame they dont make decent hubs :X
Danny
If not replacing the copper washer is easy enough

nb88
They did mention any charge to me. Not exactly going to cost them much to replace a copper washer and re-bleed, do you guys usually send postage costs for them?
