stevecoust
hi guysorigionally i was going to buy the adamant a1 at crimbo but saw the a2 on tartybikes tother day and its cheeper any reason why?
theone2be
I saw them as well and the only thing I could see that was different was the color. There are probably more differences though. I was getting the a1 because I liked the matt black but I could get the a2 and spray it.
craigjames
i think the a2 has slihtly longer stays adn way less cnc bits, making it cheaper to produce e.g. doesnt have a built in brake booster and the bottom bracket yoke isnt as inticate.i think this is right?!craig
Ali C
I would get the A2, it is still nasty as it has a high bb, but at least it has longer chainstays, wont be as twitchy as the A1.
echo_olie123
The a1 has cnc parts on the frame and the a2 does not.Olie

grantham
why don't you look at the BT? if you go to www.btbike.com there doing them for £231 now with free postage which only takes 3days. A bargain in my opinion and available in 4 lovely colours.

ben_travis
seeing as no-body has hit the nail on the head here, there are a few differencesLONGER STAYS ON A2A2 IS WHITEA1 IS U6 ALUMINIUM AND LIGHTERA2 IS 6061 I THINKthats the ones i know if you compare the descriptions on tartybike it will tell you and there would be no need for this post . Below is a pic of my A1. I have found it hard to tap, but im getting it now, had 52" t'other night. So its fine to tap when u dial technique. If you only tap, then dont bother with any HIGH BB,
MikeCottTrials
Is there any reason its so hard to tap on a highbb bike or is it just it takes alot of getting used to
