Try All Bb Problem With Fitting

Hi all, I have recently got a Try all BB and tried fitting it today. When i did it went in flush then near the end i tightened up the drive side and then tried the nondrive side and when it got tight it just made a snap noise. So I took it out too see and couldnt figure out why ? Now when I put it in the left side wont tighten ?? The length of the BB is 122.5 for a T-pro and im NOT running front freewheel. SO is this the right size? and what could be the problem. Btw the threads are super clean and I did use grease to fit the BB.
