Xtp On Novice Route

XTP is a very sexy/nice bike but the question is, would you be able to use it for its full potential?

Im guessing you're being modest when you say that you're poo :P but some people get XTP's as their first bike, which is pointless because once they've learnt all they can on an xtp, they cant really upgrade to a better bike.

If you want to get it, then yeah its an amazing bike and nothing wrong with it :) but at the end of the day its up to you

erm how old are you? i hope your old enough to pay for it yourself otherwise oh my god you parents spoil you, the xtp is basically the best mod and also one of the most expensive, youve been riding 3 months and do novice so i sugest get a tpro or something similar, nice and cheap and if it breaks after a year then get the koxx. dont buy a koxx xtp straight off

you wouldn't need to upgrade though.

Nobody upgrades for a laugh. they upgrade because they ne3ed/want something better. If you have the best fromt the start it can only help.

The only thing i could say is that you do things heavier and tougher when you learn so often damage parts faster than once you have it learned and do it smooth.

If i could afford the best, then i would have done fromt he start.

Spend the most you can (Y)

I really wouldnt go for an xtp, theres a lot more bikes that are soo much better for the money with better warantees etc, have a look around and you'll see.

personally id get a second hand one but each to their own, its only gonna get scuffed up anyway only you'll get a LOT more for your money (Y)

No you shouldn't get it, I'll be incredibly jealous and shove it up your arse.

On a lighter note, spoilt c**ts get nice bikes to start on all the time, some people might think you look a bit (read lot) stupid riding Novice on a £1400+ (not sure?) bike falling off a 6" rock.....however that's up to you and I suppose you can always ignore them.

XTPs supposedly are built for competition use (I've always read this as "only used once in a while for riding in competitions" but I expect some twatty person will be on soon saying it's for natural only...) so it's obviously not the strongest bike/frame on the market.
