Thats far too many.They should never be removed, then maybe we could get rid of idiots like MrMonkey much quicker than we did. If you follow the rules and are sensible then you won't get anymore. They are as they name suggests, warnings. You won't get any more unless you are silly or purposefully break the rules, the odd slip can be forgiven, everyone makes mistakes, but repeated or purposeful/blatant rule breaking will result in more warnings.
