Dan-Walker
Im thinking of buying the zoo riser bars to put on my revell stock bike. Im changing from try-all bars. Do you lot think i will find it hard to change from the feel of the try-all bars to the zoo risers ? Who else has got the zoo bars, whats your opinions on them ? thanks Dan :P
An_toin3
I have one and I love it !, Feels so great ! I put mine a little forward :P I don't really know if it will be hard to change though :P
Prawny Baby
id DEFINATELY go with zoo bars dan!!!! i absolutely HATE tryall bars.... tehy just feel really nasty! get zoo bars, they will change your steed no end!
Porkster
I also really like the zoo! bars, i have them on my hifi and i tilted them forward so the upward bar rise is aligned with the stem angle. This way, the slight backweep points much more up than backwards, it feels very nice, especially on the backwheel. :P
Luke Drewery
I bought the zoo bar and stem combo as soon as they came out, so I have been riding with them for a long while now. They feel amazing, I switched from brisa flat bars and they feel so much nicer and everything felt easier. They are a little scratched and have been through some abuse but are still going strong. get some. :P
Urpedigreechumdog
Cut them down though, they're about 2836465785.9696 inches wide. I run base risers, cut down to 25" and they are perfect. But then again, everyone like different things.... (still cut them down) :P

But then again, everyone like different things.... (still cut them down) :P Zoo risers are 29" wide i believe, which is roughly the same as most other bars used for trials... they are wide for a reason :P This topic has just reminded me, i must order some bars... ^_^
Martin Grainger
Yeah, I have Zoo bars and really like 'em. Dont think it wil be too hard to change to different bars but i HATE try-all bars, too flat.

I wouldnt cut them down. width=stability and control in trials, shortness=barspins and twitchiness.. jsut my 2 cents (i dont know if thats an american term???)(if so, just my opinion) Do whatever you think fits your riding style the best :P
Clarky
wide is best and i have just bought some zoo bars for crimbo with echo control stem i hope it will be better than koxx bars and koxx stem as they feel so flat and flexy, yet better then my woodmans lol. PaRtZ
God like bars. who? I think you'll feel the difference and itll be weird but youll love them. I find the try-alls too "square" whereas the zoo's give a more controlled feel without being over the front end as much (because they are swept back)
b'mouth trials
Do it, it will feel sooo much nicer. I run zoo bars and an 110mm echo stem on mine and i love it to bits. Love them!

jamesb
I had no trouble switching to Zoos from the Try-all replica. I have them angled so that the logo is facing forward. Parallel to the ground. Feels right.
