N.Wood
I know nothing, but try un-doing the lockring. Or just buy a new one, they're what, a tenner?
Swize
Undo the crank bolt off, take off the crank arm then just undo the lockring and your inside the freewheel.

Houseface
so i hit the black thing round the right or wrong way? or put something in the holes and hit them round? steve.
poopipe
so i hit the black thing round the right or wrong way? or put something in the holes and hit them round? steve. turn the bit with the writing on the wrong way and the lockring will come off. Im half tempted to keep quiet about doing this over something that catches bearings but i'm in a benevolent mood so.. keep the freewheel flat and undo the lockring over a plate/tray with raised edges - theres about 60 tiny little bearings in it that will quite happily fall out and roll down little cracks in your patio. when you say screwed up, do you mean it clicks loudly when you pedal? if thats the case just tighten the lockring up - you can do that without taking the crank arm off. N.Wood
Take it to someone who knows what they're doing seems to be your best bet. Yeh, the bearings are little buggers and want to have a holiday and fall out under very heavy/immobile objects.
mat hudson
 put a phillips screwdriver in one of the pin holes and twat it as hard as you can. that'll get your acs open ;)
Bionic Balls
and it undoes the wrong/left handed way...IE: twat it clockwise to undo. that'd help. adam
