Mark W
D'you mean the bike Leeson made ages ago that had a peg at the back on the 360 dropout? If so, I guess it just meant you didn't have to sidehop quite as high to make sure you were on? (Y)
..johal..
i always thought it would be amazin jus to sidehop to peg!
Mark W
Smoother, nicer, and better looking to back tyre though, eh (Y) Nah, I guess it might be interesting. Just would've thought it'd get in the way with some stuff. Don't even like having pegs on my BMX (Y)
Rich Pearson
Kris used them for a while when he was going through his park/street stage on the BMX's and on his 24", but apart from that, never really seen anyone using them, and certainly not on a 660. Brian Bleech
the guy that has the leeson 609 with the pegs hardly uses them anymore - it was a bit weird to ride trials with them! anyhow you can sidehop to your dropouts instead. I have the superstar micropegs on the front at the moment and I am loving them - added a whole new dimension to my riding, while being small/light enough not to get in the way for trials (Y) mike
trialsguru
josh from ramsgate has got one on the back of hes leeson 24" pretty funky
tipsy Jock
Matt still uses his every now and then, They're on the opposite side to which he sidehops so they don't really get in the way. They're meant for skatepark fun anyways not trials so much. Pete
Dan Clark
Anyone know how I can fit a peg to Marzocchi forks? I've seen in done in a picture, but there doesn't look to be much room. I'm making me a 24" bmx
Davetrials
it wont be a bmx then (Y) Also check pinkbike.com theres a guy on there with pegs on his marzochis
Dan Clark
Yeah, thats where I've seen it, I dunno how to do it myself though, and it doesn't have an email address. It will be a BMX in my eyes, and thats what it will be used for, has a gyro and everything.

Dan Clark
I can't find anything relating to it on their site, anymore information?
CurtisRider
you need d-streets i think zeee forks as for fitting pegs..........i have no idea, all i know is these are the ones they use with them.... im pretty sure they used to have screw in peg mounts, but it never caught on you could just use a standard qr fork and run a solid axle (bmx hub-10mm is the same width) and use a 10mm peg upfront? or get a 14mm axle hub and grind it so so it has 2 flat edges to fit in the fork, and then use 14mm pegs, if that makes sense? alot of hassle, but if its for park/street i feel the gains outweigh it (Y)
Dan Clark
I'll be running 10mm hub and peg. It looks as if the peg will hit the fork and won't fit. My current plan is to hack a section out of the peg to fit around the fork leg. Backup plan is to buy rigids.
Josephine
I'll be running 10mm hub and peg. It looks as if the peg will hit the fork and won't fit. My current plan is to hack a section out of the peg to fit around the fork leg. Dan Clark
I'm think about getting the Halo/Gusset hub or whatever thats 14mm but reduced to 10mm at the ends. I guess I'll do some bodging about, see whats gonna work.
Tomm
When I last spoke to Clive, he said he had done a couple with pegs. But I can't see them being too useful for trials, they would just get in the way.
ScotchDave
According to Marzo's site the D street 24" can run stadard 14 mm pegs.
Mark W
10mm axles + pegs = dodgy Not especially? A lot of riders are running pegs w/10mm axles now. Not the end of the world :S
mat hudson
only really on the front though. 10mm on the rear is absolute shite. your basically asking for a bent/snapped axle.
Davetrials
Ck fun bolts, or from bmx hubs will sort u out hub wise. surley any marzochis will fit a porfile bolt on the front?
Trials Punk
My mates running 14mm pegs on his marzocchis. He may have been the one you seen on pinkbike he's all over it flipping stuff. Flip turndown with pegs? I thought it would just hurt.
