Nay
Pretty pointless topic realy but i was watching road fools on the extreme sports channel the other day and ever since iv'e been wondering if has anyone ever ridden their trials bike in a skate park ? And if so whats it like ? I've ridden a Micro Scooter in a Skate Park which isn't exactly the most succesful thing i've ever tried doing but i just wondered how good trials bikes are. Alex_Pavlou
You can ride trials in skate parks and have alot of fun. You just have to be creative depending on what there is to ride. There are a few videos on the Sites,Vids and Pics Section that feature skate park riding if you want some inpiration. Heres a linky to a vid i noticed, some good riding going on there: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=66574
Ash-Kennard
I ride skate parks. They are fun. Chavy c**ts there though. yeah that was BONGO on the forum who did the backflip on the monty. Try dropping in from the back wheel without letting your frontwheel touch the floor/ramp and into a manual! i've gotten them alright now. volcano's are good too. Try 180's, 360's fufanos/stalls, manuals. people don't see it that often and for some reason admire us in skateparks, and then you get the stoners lol. poopipe
i ride in the weeny skateparks in camridge quite a lot. the local bmxers are pretty cool as a rule and they all think front freewheels are funny. theres much joy to be had on ramps and going the wrongway up funboxes is lovely too
Sam Oliver
Were we live there's not any decent natural to practice so i use our local skate park quite a lot, mainly to do gaps on the back wheel & drop off the half pipe. Not the best to practice your trials but better than nowt. :P
