Martin Grainger
Hello, i was just searching though some sites and then i went to www.cleanbikes.co.uk and found this new thing (check the cleanbikes site). Its called the monty acrobat and resembles very much to a pogo-stick, how much... ...£119! Just thought i would show everyone this new thing! Siders77
Looks a bit pointless really unless your obsessed with pogo sticks Everything is pointless really. why do we ride Trials? That's pointless, hopping up and down on a BMX with no seat. But we still like it......
adamtrials
these look exactly the same as those pogo sticks that were the craze a few years ago, now with a monty sticker and twice the price... (Y)
Thurston
Quite strange that they would release a pogo stick and i can't see them making any money out of it either to be honest (Y)

But we still like it...... Which brings us to the question, Whats the point in life? (Y) I think that pogo stick could be quite fun to do drops on then bounce up to a wall, since you can change the spring tension, it wouldn't get destroyed or destroy you so quickly. Ash-Kennard
How do you know? Have you done Pogo-Trials? I have! I went through a phase, while waiting for my bike for 2months, I just used my sisters regular pogo stick, and i can now hop up benches, drop 5ft, hop on really small things, gap 6ft, hop no hands, spins. I'm being serious, all this in 2months, it was soo, fun. Possibly just as good as trials! but once you reach a certain stage there really isn't much more you can do without killing yourself. I completly destroyed her pogo stick though (Y) , The springs knackered, poles bent, i snapped the height adjuster, so drilled a hole through and used a nut and bolt, the rubber is flat. If the monty thing was about 100quid cheaper I would be so up for starting again. EDIT: can also hop 3ft high off the spot.
