-RoBBo-
Just recently, problems such as my computer randomly shutting down and not starting up for a while have been happening...and also things like random programs on my computer not opening at all, even when trying several different methods. I have carried out virus checks with serveral programs, and the same for spyware etc... and as yet, cannot find anything. Could anybody give me any advice what to look for, or an insight as to what the problem could be? (the P.C is fairly new too) Thanks alot, Matt (Y) Edited November 25, 2005 by -RoBBo-

Krisboats
Have you tried checking for errors? :) real helpfull aren't we? :) I would say depending on where you got it from take it back if it's new, you might be lucky and get a free or warranty repair, if not thenthey'll at least be able to have a look and most likely find the problem. biketrialler
Nah Hoot, what you said wasnt ever going to help anyone. Its like me saying "I cant get my cranks to come off my bike, ive tried, but they still wont come off!" and you saying "have you tried taking them off" Anywho, try running ad-aware, and get avg antivirus - that combo normally worked for me to clear crap off of my windows pc. aside from that, if you have a warranty, go get them to come out and have a look at it for you if that doesnt help!!
