Freewheels (shimano Vs Acs)

No one really bothers with shimano freewheels. I had one ages ago, didn't make a sound. But didn't last very long.

It's acs, or nothing really. I mean they're only £12 posted. I sugest using the shimano untill you brake it if you are a beginer. But if you arn't get rid of it stight away, it's not worth loosing your front teeth over.

i had a acs freewheel on my t-mag and had no complaints.i'm buying a monty 219 magura soon and it has a dicta freewheel at the rear (cranks and sprokets are like bmx) so shall i change it soon as i get it?

are you buying the monty 219 magura brand new?

If you are, im pretty sure these bikes are like £400 and they arnt very good ATALL!

I if i was you, i would just buy a onza T-pro!

yeah i would go for something like an onza t-pro. my mate has one and it rides very nicely. but i would go for a acs freewheel straight away when you get your bike. :P
